Where do I start?
Open Studio, choose a format and model, then write your prompt. Add reference files when your chosen mode needs them. Your credit estimate appears before you generate.
My task is still processing. Should I submit it again?
No. A slow response or interrupted connection does not mean the task failed. Check Activity or return to the Studio; accepted and unresolved requests can be recovered without creating another task.
Where are my results?
Completed creations are available in Library. Open a creation to preview it or follow its original download link. Activity includes the model, outcome and credit record.
Can I reuse an existing account?
Use the same account credentials supported by the service. Your existing balance, permissions, uploads and tasks remain associated with that account.
Why is my preferred model unavailable?
The catalog follows current published models and maintenance status. Choose another available model or check again later.
Why can't I upload a file?
Files must be within the current format and size limits. Model reference limits may be smaller than the general 50 MB upload limit. Executable files and scripts are not supported.
How do I keep my API key safe?
Store the key as a server-side environment variable. Never embed it in a public website bundle. Disable or replace it in Account if it has been exposed.
